You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. User-generated content

Reviews, articles, and other content you publish on Filmbase remain yours, but you grant Filmbase a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute that content on the platform. You agree not to post content that is defamatory, hateful, or infringing on third-party rights.

4. Prohibited conduct

You may not use Filmbase to scrape content at scale, spam other users, impersonate public figures, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.

5. Intellectual property

All platform design, code, and editorial content produced by Filmbase is protected by copyright. Film posters, stills, and trailers are the property of their respective rights holders and are used for informational and promotional purposes.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Filmbase is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Filmbase after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
